Function Characteristic:

1.Trousers ears blindstitch: Sewn stitch is invisible on the surface of trouser ears, this machine is essential in production of superior business pants.

2.The left and right knife: The auto knife are fitted for edge trimming, by putting the scrap and leftover piece in use, ensure the width is consistent.

3.Width-adjusted: The width of cutting should be adjusted manually, fitting to process different width of trouser ears.

4.Synchronous feed: Design to equip with an advanced feed system, the machine would be able to feed smoothly and gently.

5.Auto Ironing: ( Electric heating + assembled steam heating ) directly to ironing forming of trousers ear semi-finished products, to guarantee tidy. ( EA-169-T )
