2. Utility Model Patent: A stepper differential adjustment device for lockstitch machines. The device connects the stepper motor shaft directly to the differential components to achieve differential adjustment. By eliminating the intermediate mechanical transmission parts and Hall effect sensors used in traditional differential models, it avoids the frequent failures that occur in conventional machines.

3. When sewing elastic ultra‑thin fabrics, the stitches are flatter and more aesthetically pleasing; when sewing thick fabrics, the material feeding is smoother.

4. According to the different fabric slopes and the twisting directions of hems, the upper feeding can be set to (reverse differential / synchronous / forward differential) feeding through the control system. This enables a natural transition in arc sewing, ensuring that curved hems are sewn smoothly without twisting and meeting the non‑iron requirement for finished products.

5. A servo stepper motor is used to control the allowance amount of each segment. The device can automatically memorize the number of stitches and differential settings, or store 20 patterns via manual programming. A single curved hem can be set with up to 15 segments, which can be divided by time or section. The differential amount can be adjusted automatically or switched manually, meeting all processing requirements for hems.
