Advantages: (no oil dry and wet separation of the head)

1. Industry Innovation: Integrates the main servo system of the entire machine and the auxiliary differential programming system into one; featuring simple installation, practicality and an elegant appearance.

2. Utility Model Patent: A stepping differential adjustment device for lockstitch machines. The stepper motor shaft is directly connected to the differential components to achieve differential adjustment. By eliminating the intermediate mechanical transmission parts and Hall sensors in traditional differential models, it avoids frequent failures of conventional models.

3. When sewing elastic ultra‑thin fabrics, the stitches are flatter and more attractive; when sewing thick fabrics, the feeding is smoother.

4. For sewing fabrics of unequal lengths (such as sleeve gathering), perfect stitching can be achieved through differential programming.

5. A servo motor is used to control the allowance amount of each segment, with 9 segments adjustable by time and section.
